Race-designed locking mechanism

CONSPIT steering wheels feature a Formula-inspired 7075 aluminum CNC-machined buckle and a ball-locking system. The buckle provides torque transmission while the balls precisely control longitudinal positioning. By separating the load functions, this system ensures exceptional precision and durability.

Integrated spring-loaded contacts ensure the system maintains exceptional electrical stability and delivers reliable performance even in environments prone to electromagnetic interference (EMI).
