The MOZA R16 base delivers an astonishing 16 N·m of torque thanks to Direct Drive technology, which will satisfy even the most demanding sim racers. This power provides a huge reserve for faithfully conveying every detail on the track, whether you are struggling with the downforce of a GT car or taming a Formula 1 car. Thanks to the advanced rotor design, the so-called cogging effect (mechanical tearing of the engine when rotating) is practically eliminated, which, combined with the 21-bit magnetic encoder, means a perfectly smooth, silent and instant transfer of power directly to your hands.



Intelligent feedback and temperature stability
The interpretation of the vehicle physics is handled by the advanced NexGen Force Feedback algorithm, which can precisely separate and depict the individual forces acting on the car. The driver thus immediately and naturally feels the transfer of weight, the structure of the asphalt and the impending loss of traction. To ensure that this top computing power remains absolutely constant, the base is equipped with an intelligent thermal management system. The chassis itself, made of high-grade aircraft aluminum, acts as a massive passive heat sink, while integrated sensors dynamically control the engine load so that there are no drops in performance even during the longest racing sessions.

Open ecosystem and absolute control via MOZA Pit House
The R16 base acts as the perfect centerpiece for your racing simulator. On the back panel, you'll find dedicated ports for connecting the entire MOZA ecosystem - from pedals and shifters to hand brakes and external displays, keeping your setup is clean and without unnecessary extra cables. Every detail of the steering wheel's behavior can be intuitively adjusted via the MOZA Pit House software. Here you can not only adjust the basic response force, but also fine-tune the Force Feedback curves, damping effects or use the special FFB equalizer to perfectly tune the driving feel to your riding style.
